Weighty Secret: (It happens.)

Having lost 145 pounds, and become shockingly physically attractive (as long as you don't see the loose skin), I sometimes wonder if I'm going to fall into infidelity, even though I love my husband, just because I CAN.

Weighty Secret: Obsession

I always wonder if I'm eating too much. I have become obsessed with making sure I don't gain anything. I have swapped one vice for another. I dropped fat and junk food for an obsession with what I'm taking in or not taking in. I wish I didn't have to worry one way or another but I assume that I will either battle one demon or the other at all times. Being too fat, or being too food obsessed and cautious? which would you choose?
