My husband has not told me (unless I prompt it) that I looked good (or bad) before or after the surgery. I worked my arse off with WW and with exercise.

What is funny is that he will compliment me to others (when I am not there) so I know he notices. But never to my face.

I think that at some level these guys must be jealous of our improvement and scared that we will leave. But I am not going anywhere.

And I need some level of affirmation. But I hate to ask for it because then I am making it all about me. Stuck between a rock a hard place.
