Ive
gained almost all my weight back. Im 4 yrs post op, and feel like im in
the exact same spot I was in before surgery. Im depressed, embarassed,
sad. Im back in the mental tourture of trying to loose weight. WLS IS
NOT A CURE, its been a tempory band aid for me leaving me in the same
spot I was 4 yrs ago. Will this ever stop

I have since the beginning. And, every time I get 20 lbs up like now... I realize how EASY it is.

Have you considered seeing an addictions therapist or a 12-step program? Look for an addictions therapist who is a "CAC III" - Certified Addictions Counselor III. My therapist and a 12-step program has really helped me. I'm years out of surgery, too.
