I feel the same way. I still overeat and eat candy bc I don't dump and I still stres eat. I'm thinking of going to therapy.

try drinking something instead when you think your hungry and just remember that it is probaby head hunger we all have this you just have to choose whether or not to listen to it i away try to drink if doesn't work i try something like cucumber with salad dressing because that head hunger can be a hard thing for all of us to deal with
