Tell them! I did. It was liberating.

I'm like you, I don't freak out about any particular thing and make myself sick. Carbs come in all forms, many of them quite healthy (fruit and ww bread anyone?). The only way artificial sweeteners are going to hurt you is if you eat 10 pounds a day; dissenters can suck it. Low fat too, because the fat from almonds and fish is amazing for you and the other types of fats poly and mono are GOOD for your heart.

You keep on doing what you're doing. Congratulations on having a healthy relationship with FOOD.
