I agree as I sit here planning my diet shopping list. I got down to a "normal" weight but I have to constantly diet to maintain it. I am fighting just as hard to lose this damn 20lb regain as I did before surgery.
Smack the next person that says Easy Way Out.

I think is this very true for some people. But not for others. I know people who are years out who don't live like they are on a perpetual diet and I know people who do. I don't know why causes the difference; I just pray I stay in the "no diet" group.
