i try really hard but i forget in the middle of the day

have a pill thing, tried the alarm clock, just suck at pills of any kind during the day

so i get most of them but i'm not perfect

multi vit: check.Every day, I was taking it before so taking a higher strength one is no big.
B vits? about 79/85% of the time. Iron: I get just barely enough to stay "good" but some days are better then others.
Protien- I very rarely ge as much as most people say I should be getting.
Calcium I'm trying harder on this one- I swear I can FEEL my bones getting weaker.
Sugar- I eat some. I shouldn't I REALLYREALLY shouldn't

Multi Vit: Always
B12: Monthly injections, Always
Vitamin D (prescription) 10k units weekly, Always
Iron: Always
Protein: I can't say always, but I sure try and do pretty well.
Calcium: Um. Hardly ever
The thing is, once you have dealt with a deficiency and have tried to get your numbers back "in range"...and finally DO, you don't want to go back. You want your numbers to be where they need to be, for your health...for the way you feel. It's up to you. Deficiencies can cause other deficiencies and it becomes a huge PITA to deal with. BTDT!
