weighty secrets - Walking billboard for WLS

I can't stop staring at obese people!

I feel like I need to be a walking advert for Gastric Bypass and just hand them business cards or something.

When an obese person mentions how great I look or how miserable they are ...that is my signal to say something. "oh and by the way ..."

I wish I knew somebody who had said to me "this can change your life", but being a walking billboard for WLS can be a risky move. What if you suggest to somebody that its wonderful, and they end up having major complications or hating it.
