It's okay. It really isn't pass or fail. It just FEELS that way. Keep trying. WLS is not a cure. Obesity is a lifelong struggle. I regained 25lbs last year. Then I took it back off. I didn't get super skinny either. I still weigh 225. But its not 400 and Im alive to keep fighting. You are too, my friend.

I regain unless I count and severely limit my carbs. They hide in everything. I read every label then think am I really still wanting to eat this? I just had a regain of eleven pounds. So i'm going back on my low carb diet. Wish me luck and I'll wish you luck. If I can do this I KNOW you can!!!!
