weighty secrets - 50 lbs.

"I have regained 50 lbs. I am considered obese again. I have no idea what to do, and these 50 lbs feel exactly like the nearly 200 lbs that I lost. I still have restriction. I get full easily. I just can't make myself do the daily work anymore. I am 8 years post op. All of this weight has occurred in the last year and a half. I. am. scared."
